Job summary

Talison Lithium Pty Ltd is seeking an Electrical Shutdown Coordinator for the Greenbushes Lithium Operation. This full-time role reports to the Superintendent Electrical and coordinates the shutdown team to safely deliver planned maintenance and shutdown activities.

The position is permanent and based in the Greenbushes region with accommodation options and roster flexibility for the right candidates. You will work closely with maintenance teams and contractors to meet budgets and high

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Certificate and unrestricted A Grade Electrical Workers Licence.
• Minimum five years' post-trade experience in mineral processing.
• Experience coordinating plant shutdowns or major maintenance activities.
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning software.
• Sound budgeting, cost control and contractor management knowledge.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical standards.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
• HV Switching Certificate and Cert IV in Instrumentation (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating electrical shutdown activities across the processing plants.
• Leading and supervising employees and contract personnel during planned shutdowns.
• Allocating resources and coordinating work to meet shutdown schedules.
• Participating in shutdown planning and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and within budget.
• Monitoring shutdown performance and reporting on KPIs.
• Supporting the development and performance of the Electrical Shutdown team.
• Promoting compliance with safety standards and Talison policies.
