Job summary

Talison Lithium's Greenbushes Lithium Operation in Western Australia seeks an Electrical Shutdown Coordinator to lead shutdowns, coordinate maintenance teams and ensure safe, on-time delivery of planned maintenance across processing plants.

You will work closely with maintenance and contractors, managing resources, safety and budget while driving continuous improvement and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Certificate and unrestricted A Grade Electrical Licence are required.
• Minimum five years' post-trade experience within the mineral processing industry.
• Experience coordinating plant shutdowns or major maintenance activities.
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning software.
• Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control and contractor management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical standards.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
• HV Switching Operator Certificate and Cert IV in Instrumentation (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

About the Role

Reporting to the Superintendent Electrical, the successful candidate will coordinate the Electrical Shutdown team to safely deliver planned maintenance and shutdown activities across the Greenbushes Lithium Operation. Working closely with maintenance teams and contractors, you will play a key role in ensuring shutdowns are completed safely, efficiently and within budget while maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance.

• Coordinating electrical shutdown activities across the processing plants;
• Leading and supervising employees and contract personnel during planned shutdowns;
• Allocating resources and coordinating work to meet shutdown schedules;

About the Candidate:

• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills;
• Experience using computerised maintenance management systems and maintenance planning software;
• Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control and contractor management;
• The ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical standards;
• A current C Class Driver's Licence; and
• A High Voltage Switching Operator's Certificate and Cert IV in Instrumentation (highly regarded).
