Job summary

TES Electrical is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Project Manager to lead fast-track projects, refits and maintenance contracts in Western Australia. The role covers new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs and ongoing maintenance, with responsibility for scope, budgets, schedules and OH&S plans.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, be self-motivated and capable of managing electrical supervisors, apprentices and subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fast-track projects and maintenance contracts.
• Strong budgeting, cost planning and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage scope, programmes and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operational aspects delivering projects and maintenance contracts.
• Preparation of scope of works, including budgets and cost plans
• Monitoring construction programmes for your projects
• Producing OH&S plans and contract risk assessment plans
• Direct control in reporting, monitoring labour, materials, plant & equipment and direction of electrical supervisors
• Monitor and control of apprentices
• Direct sub-contractors and oversee contractual compliance
• Arranging production control reports and monitoring
• Monitor and control all budgeted project expenditures ensuring financial records for the project are maintained
• Dealing directly with client representatives - on site maintaining 'good relations'
• Attending site meetings as required.
