Job summary

Talent in St Leonards, NSW is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple electrical projects across the full lifecycle, from estimating to handover. Projects may reach $5M+, involving electricians, subcontractors and suppliers in a technically complex environment.

Qualifications

Electrical trade background or strong technical electrical experience.
Proven experience delivering electrical projects in a Project Manager capacity.
Experience across electrical installation, commercial fit out, data centres or critical infrastructure.
Strong commercial capability across estimating, budgets, forecasting and variations.
Experience managing electricians, subcontractors and suppliers.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Must be based in NSW and Australian Citizenship is essential.
Willingness to obtain Baseline and NV1 AGSVA Security Clearances.

Responsibilities

Manage electrical installation and fit out projects from planning through completion.
Own project budgets, forecasts, variations and commercial performance.
Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Support estimating, procurement and project planning activities.
Manage project programs, milestones and delivery schedules.
Build relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Oversee commissioning, handover and closeout.
Ensure safe, efficient delivery to high standards across multiple projects.
