Job summary

ARA Technologies, part of the ARA Group, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical and technology-based projects from inception to completion in Sydney. You will drive delivery, coordinate teams, and ensure client satisfaction across telecommunications, security systems and electrical services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Electrical Project Manager role.
• Background in electrical, communications, or security systems projects.
• Project management qualifications (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical and technology projects from planning through to delivery.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and resourcing.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, WHS, and company policies.
• Monitor project risk, performance, and quality outcomes.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Support tendering and business development activities.
