The role requires an electrical engineering degree, experience in engineering procurement, and strong negotiation skills to drive cost-effective outcomes and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in procurement within engineering, construction, utilities, or energy projects.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment procurement including switchgear, transformers, cables, and plant.
• Strong commercial, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of electrical equipment and materials in line with project requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate supplier engagement, tendering, evaluation, and contract award activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and supply chain teams to deliver procurement outcomes.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and project risks.
• Maintain procurement documentation and support quality and compliance requirements.
