Job summary

Breight Group in Karratha seeks an Electrical Operations Manager to lead our Western Australian electrical operations. You will own end-to-end delivery, lead Supervisors, Coordinators and Electricians, and partner with senior leadership to drive growth and safety.

You will manage budgets, safety compliance and client relationships while delivering projects across maintenance, shutdowns and new work in Western Australia. A FIFO Perth roster or relocation to Karratha is available.

Qualifications

• Current WA Electrical Licence is required.
• Experience leading maintenance, shutdowns and projects in mining/resources.
• Strong financial acumen and budget ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead all electrical operations across maintenance, shutdowns and project work.
• Manage and develop the Karratha-based electrical workforce.

• Current WA Electrical Licence.
• Extensive operational leadership experience within mining, resources or heavy industry.
• Proven experience managing maintenance contracts, shutdowns and projects.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
