Job summary

PBE Rutherford Mining is seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join our team. This hands-on leadership role coordinates site activities, leads electrical crews and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Based in Mackay or Emerald, with flexibility for FIFO or DIDO, you will supervise personnel, manage resources and maintain strong client relationships while meeting time, cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Qualification (certification)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Experience in site project works in a similar leadership role
• High Voltage (HV) experience
