Job summary

Australian Trade Training College (ATTC) is seeking an Electrical Mentor to support Students in a hands‑on training environment while we support you to become a qualified Trainer.

This full‑time role offers a paid pathway to Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, a stable long‑term career in training, and a chance to stay connected to the trade without the physical demands of electrical work.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others succeed
• Strong communication and mentoring ability
• Willingness to complete Cert IV TAE
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Support students in practical workshop activities
• Coach and guide Students to achieve milestones
• Assist the Trainer with student engagement and progress
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised training environment
• Help ensure tools and equipment are workshop‑ready
