BlueScope in Hastings, Victoria, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for the Western Port site. You will keep production lines up and running with hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations.

You’ll work in a 24x7 manufacturing environment, contribute to safety, reliability and continuous improvement, and document work in our Maintenance Management System. The role involves shift coverage and collaboration with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in electrical maintenance.
• Hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance activities and troubleshooting on process line equipment.
• Monitor, analyse, report, and improve processes in the Maintenance Management System.
• Assist with planning and continuous improvement to boost plant reliability.
