BlueScope is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Planner for our Western Port Manufacturing facility. The role focuses on coordinating and planning maintenance activities, inspections, and improvements across our heavy industrial operations.

You will deliver technical guidance to maintenance teams, develop shutdown plans, and coordinate resources to ensure safe, efficient plant performance. This permanent, dayshift role offers career growth and a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedule maintenance work and perform detailed planning of tasks.
• Develop, implement and manage detailed shutdown maintenance plans and schedules.
• Coordinate resources, labour and materials for shutdown projects.
• liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate task dependencies and ensure integration with other operations.
• Capture and review maintenance history to drive improvements.
• Analyze past maintenance to trigger follow-up actions.
• Support alignment of safety, quality and plant priorities with stakeholders.
• Provide supervision to internal and external resources.
• Manage maintenance spares, refurbishment and replenishment.
• Perform administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders and cost reviews.
