Job summary

AustCorp Executive is seeking a Technical Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites in Western Australia. You will coordinate a team of direct and contract staff, ensuring drawing on best practices to keep building services assets reliable, safe, compliant, and fully operational.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of electrical building services plant (including dry fire), and the ability to drive performance while meeting client expectations

Qualifications

• Leadership of a direct and contract team across multiple sites.
• Experience managing maintenance services and minor works up to $1M.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services plant including dry fire.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct and contract staff across WA sites.
• Manage maintenance services, repairs and minor works up to $1M.
• Ensure alignment of work orders with timesheets and reporting systems.
• Oversee contractor safety, SWMS and risk protocols.
• Proactively monitor and drive key monthly KPIs for sites.
• Maintain contractual compliance through site inspections and quotes as required.
• Manage client requests and feedback with timely resolutions and clear communication.
