Job summary

Add Staff, Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the site's electrical maintenance within a well-established manufacturing and production facility based near Kalbar. This leadership role oversees daily maintenance to keep production equipment safe, reliable and operational.

Ideal candidates hold an electrical trade qualification, with experience in industrial or FMCG settings, and proven supervision experience.

Qualifications

Trade qualification in Electrical with experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Experience in maintenance supervisory or senior electrical maintenance roles.
Proven experience leading a maintenance team in fast-paced production.
Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, PLCs, and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure safety, productivity and accountability.
Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance to maximise reliability and minimise downtime.
Coordinate daily priorities with Production to address equipment issues promptly.
Provide technical leadership and assist with complex faults and troubleshooting.
Ensure maintenance activities meet safety, quality and environmental standards.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across maintenance.
