Job summary
Dp World in Port Botany, NSW, is seeking an experienced Electrical, Control Systems & Reliability Specialist to join our Maintenance team. You will provide technical leadership, coach the electrical team, and drive new technologies and continuous improvement across site operations.
You will plan major electrical outages, develop maintenance and capital improvement programs, and ensure safe, reliable performance of site equipment while meeting safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma of Engineering and Certificate IV Trade are required.
- Experience in electrical control systems environment.
- Extensive experience in maintenance planning of industrial equipment.
- Experience with CMMS applications (Maximo, SAP).
- Knowledge of OHS Acts, regulations, and codes of practice.
- Experience in workplaces with industrial relations activities beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of electrical professionals, managing performance and relationships.
- Develop short- and long-term maintenance plans to maximise reliability and performance.
- Drive improvements in preventive maintenance and reduce corrective maintenance.
- Manage contractor performance, service agreements, risk assessments and insurances.
- Promote a strong safety culture through leadership and incident management.
