Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day workshop activities within the switchboard assembly team.
• Mentor and support tradespeople and apprentices to build capability and accountability.
• Champion a strong safety culture, identify risks, drive safe behaviours, and uphold standards.
• Ensure all work meets quality specifications, drawings, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors and production teams to meet deadlines across a busy pipeline.
• Take ownership of your area, driving productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
