Job summary

MPA Engineering Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast seeks an Electrical Leading Hand to oversee and coordinate on-site electrical work, leading a team of electricians and apprentices, including sub-contractors. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of construction activities while contributing hands-on tasks as needed.

Job description

We are seeking Electrical Leading Hand responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical work on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of electricians and apprentices comprised of MPA personnel and sub-contractors, providing guidance, support, and hands‑on expertise. You will also be required to help out on the tools with smaller task leading up to the start of the major construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
