Job summary

The Internal Sales role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing technical product guidance while building strong customer relationships.

You will engage in quoting, product sourcing, and project management, including DIFOT, with on-the-ground training and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience essential.
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Sound product knowledge, ideally within electrical products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and ensure customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branch.
• Provide product advice and technical support to customers.
• Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders.
• Managing customer sales, quoting/product sourcing, and management of customer projects including DIFOT.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.
• Building excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure best possible margins are maintained.
• Active capture of sales information into CRM as sales excellence best practice.
