Rexel Australia is seeking an enthusiastic team member for the Ideal branch in Maroochydore to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support to electrical customers. You will handle in-store assistance, process orders and quotes, and help manage customer projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
• Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries and make follow-up calls
