Job summary

EnerMech is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technicians for maintenance, shutdown and turnaround projects across major industrial sites in the Gladstone region. Qualifications

• Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control or Electrical/Instrumentation trade qualification.
• Current Queensland Electrical Work Licence (where applicable).
• Current LVR/CPR certification.
• White Card (Construction Induction).
• Experience in heavy industry, LNG, mining, power generation, manufacturing, chemical processing or similar environments.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Calibration, testing and commissioning of field instruments.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting of control systems and instrumentation equipment.
• Shutdown and turnaround execution.
• Loop checks and functional testing.
• Maintenance of transmitters, analyzers, valves and associated instrumentation.
• Supporting plant reliability and operational performance.
• Adhering to site safety and quality procedures.
