Job summary

Zinfra is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects across the United Energy network. You will manage tendering, scope development, delivery, financial close-out and client handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.

In a complex, regulated environment you will balance commercial and technical needs, manage risks and subcontractors, and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers while maintaining governance and network

Qualifications

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Power or related discipline.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle, including tendering, contract administration, budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
• Strong understanding of project delivery within the power, utilities, electrical infrastructure or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and subcontractors while influencing clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Proficient with project management systems and tools, including MS Office and enterprise project/financial management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical and power network projects from tender development to close-out.
• Own project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk; meet contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Lead project teams and subcontractors; coordinate resources and resolve delivery challenges.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts and reporting while upholding safety and quality standards.
