Job summary

Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Workshop Technician – Electrician High Voltage to support electrical testing and assembly of remanufactured components at our Welshpool workshop. You’ll perform wheel motor, alternator, blower and vibration testing plus strip and assembly work on electrical components, all in line with company procedures and legal requirements.

Roster: Full time workshop based role – Monday to Friday, located in Welshpool, WA.

Qualifications

• WA – A Grade Electrical Trade Certificate with applicable experience.
• Full Driver’s Licence.
• Forklift, Dogging or Rigging Licence (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid certificate (Desirable).
• Mining machinery or heavy industry experience.
• Electrical testing, troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Strip and assembly of electrical components.
• Basic computer literacy; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities
