Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking a Workshop Technician – Electrician High Voltage to support electrical testing and assembly of remanufactured components. You will perform wheel motor, alternator, blower and vibration testing, plus strip and assembly work in line with procedures and legal requirements.

This full-time, workshop-based role is located in Welshpool, WA, and requires WA A Grade Electrical trade certification, a valid driver's license, and relevant heavy industry experience.

Qualifications

• WA – A Grade Electrical Trade Certificate with applicable experience.
• Full Driver’s Licence.
• Forklift, Dogging or Rigging Licence (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid certificate (Desirable).
• Mining machinery or heavy industry experience.
• Electrical testing, troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Strip and assembly of electrical components.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a skilled Workshop Technician – Electrician High Voltage (HV) to support electrical testing and assembly of remanufactured components. You’ll perform wheel motor, alternator, blower and virbration testing plus strip and assembly work on electrical components – all in line with company procedures and legal requirements.

Roster: Full time workshop based role – Monday to Friday

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

What We Are Looking For:

• WA – A Grade Electrical Trade Certificate with applicable experience
