Job summary

You will support Maintenance & Small Projects by delivering high-quality estimates and building key relationships to grow sales and service management in the region.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical estimation experience and knowledge of the Australian trades
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required
• Experience with project coordination and risk management for maintenance projects

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and detailed estimates aligned with technical specs and regulations
• Provide technical advice to project managers and site teams
• Lead and promote a strong HSEQ culture in your area
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships
• Contribute to strategic planning for growth and service delivery
• Perform site inspections and field audits to inform estimates
• Identify commercial and technical risks and mitigate them
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams for project success
