Job summary

CPB Contractors Pty is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join the T2W project team in Queensland. The role covers design, electrical and instrumentation installation, SCADA and controls, subcontract management, testing, commissioning and handover, on a 5:2 DIDO roster.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, support construction, and manage subcontractors while maintaining safety, quality and compliance throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ project engineering experience in infrastructure, water, utilities or industrial construction.
• Broad experience across electrical, instrumentation, controls/SCADA, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Experience managing subcontractors, technical deliverables, programme and change.
• Strong technical, communication and problem-solving skills with a practical, site-focused approach.
• RPEQ, HV, Hazardous Areas, water infrastructure, PLC or SCADA experience will be highly regarded.
