Job summary

Adecco Sydney, in partnership with a global technology organisation, seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager based in Sydney to lead an ANZ engineering team and collaborate with sales, product and marketing.

You will mentor engineers, deliver technical leadership in electrical and power systems, drive safety and quality improvements, and build a high-performance culture with strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Significant experience within electrical engineering, power systems, critical power, energy or a related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.
• Leading from the front management style.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop and mentor engineers.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience across HV/MV systems, DC power, SCADA, critical power or electrical infrastructure would be particularly relevant.
