Job description

Service Stream are excited to open applications for an Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our Utilitiesdivision, and form part of our cohort for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program. You will be predominately supporting our Power Projects across Victoria including some in remote areas, so there will be travel required. You will be part of the wider Utilities team, which is our biggest business unit that supports Energy, Power, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors Australia-wide.

About the program

Our 2-year program is designed to support your personal and professional growth through a balanced mix of on-the-job experience, learning from others, and structured formal development.

To be eligible for the program, you must:

• Have completed, or about to complete, a minimum 3-year undergraduate engineering degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university.
• Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.
• At time of application, hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
