The program blends on‑the‑job experience, formal development and networking with executives and graduate alumni.

We have 2 roles available, based in Victoria and South Australia. You will be joining our biggest business unit that supports Power, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors Australia-wide.

• Have completed, or about to complete, a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university.
• Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.
• At time of application, hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
