Job summary

Power Electronics Australia is seeking an experienced Engineer to supervise a small team at our Head Office, Eagle Farm, QLD. You will lead Front Office Engineer, Quality Engineer and Technical Specialist to deliver remote technical support, data analysis and continuous improvement.

Bring a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, 5+ years as an engineer, and a strong safety/quality mindset. Full working rights in Australia required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Experience leading a small team is essential.
At least 5 years' experience as an engineer with a commitment to safety and quality.
Strong electrical engineering knowledge and hands-on problem-solving ability.
Customer focus and flexibility to meet customer needs.
Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of three: Front Office Engineer, Quality Engineer and Technical Specialist.
Provide remote technical support to field technicians.
Analyze field and warranty data to prevent recurring issues.
Optimize spare parts and safety stock levels.
Build dashboards tracking field reliability and performance.
Maintain technical documentation.
Link customers and internal teams.
