Job summary

Amida in Melbourne is seeking an intermediate Electrical Engineer to join a nimble building services team. You will work across commercial fitouts, refurbishments and new-builds with exposure to clients, architects and senior engineers, gaining responsibility as you grow.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in electrical building services.
Experience within an Australian engineering consultancy.
Solid base across electrical design and documentation.
Good communication skills and confidence to engage with clients.
Genuine interest in developing beyond purely technical delivery.

Responsibilities

Electrical building services design across power, lighting, communications and related systems.
Commercial fitout, refurbishment and new-build projects.
Design calculations, documentation and specifications.
Coordination with other building services disciplines.
Client and project meetings.
Construction stage support and site involvement.
Managing smaller pieces of work independently as you develop.
