Job summary

Zenviron are seeking an Electrical Draftsperson to join our Engineering team in Newcastle and support the delivery of high quality electrical design documentation across major infrastructure projects.

You will work with our Lead Draftsperson, engineers and the wider project team to produce accurate drawings and models using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, client and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Engineering Drafting Certificate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years electrical drafting experience, renewables/HV preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; 3D drafting with MicroStation or OpenUtilities Substation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings for project infrastructure including layouts, HV Substations and BESS yards.
• Develop detailed models and drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and project teams; follow standards and markups.
