Job summary

Clough is looking for an experienced Construction Manager – Electrical to lead the delivery of electrical and instrumentation construction scopes on energy and infrastructure projects in Brisbane, Queensland. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving performance across projects.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Construction Manager, with strong knowledge of Australian safety standards and at least 10 years in construction, including a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• 10+ years’ construction experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Australian safety standards and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of electrical and instrumentation construction works.
• Manage Superintendents, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
