Job summary

Haines Electrical is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead design and construct commercial projects in Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will manage D+C projects up to $10 million from concept to completion, maintaining detailed plans, schedules and budgets.

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential to drive profitability and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in medium to large-scale commercial D+C work, excellent communication

Due to recently awarded projects valued up to $10 million, an exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead projects based in Brisbane and its surrounding areas.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Project management from concept to completion of D+C projects up to $10 million in value
• Maintain a clear and precise project plan showing key deliverables and milestones.
• Ensure projects are proactively managed, executed according to the project documents, schedule and budget.
• Effective management of resources including close monitoring of material and labour allowances.
• Participate in the tender process including design, submission and review.
• Accurate preparation of monthly progress claims, identify cost saving initiatives and alternatives to maximise profitability.
• Coordinate and attend project meetings, build relationships with clients, suppliers and external stakeholders.
