DFP Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Capability Coordinator for Nerang on the Gold Coast. This hands-on role moves beyond electrical work to training and development, coordinating programs and guiding capability pathways.
You will coach apprentices and supervise, ensuring safety and quality standards across electrical disciplines, ITS&E and civil projects, with a 12-month contract and competitive hourly rate.

This is a hands-on capability role for an electrician who knows the industry and enjoys helping others succeed. You'll coordinate training, support competency development and provide practical technical guidance across electrical, ITS&E and civil electrical disciplines. You'll also play a key role in improving the Electrical Training Centre's programs and capability pathways.
