Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and products in accordance with work instructions, drawings and specifications.
• Operate small handheld power tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive, precision-based assembly tasks requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Inspect assembled components and finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow standard operating procedures and detailed assembly instructions.
• Complete production records, checklists and other required documentation accurately.
