AWX in Bundaberg, Queensland is hiring an Electrical Assembler to install, assemble, test and repair electrical systems used in vehicle manufacturing. The role includes a relocation package and a four-day work week option.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with electrical assembly, wiring harnesses and low-voltage systems, and be able to read wiring diagrams. Trade qualifications aren’t essential, with duties matched to skills and licensing requirements.

About the role

Help install, assemble, test and repair electrical systems used in vehicle manufacturing. Your work may include:

• Building and installing wiring harnesses.
• Fitting lighting, cameras, switches and control systems.
• Reading wiring diagrams and following assembly instructions.
• Testing components and identifying electrical faults.
• Soldering and repairing wiring and connections.
• Maintaining safe, accurate and high-quality workmanship.
