Job summary

Ford Australia is seeking a Partnerships Supervisor - Electrical Architecture to lead strategic technical partnerships and represent E/E architecture in cross-functional discussions with Program Teams, Product Development and Technology Strategy.

Based in Australia, the role will collaborate across Australian, regional, and North American time zones to shape partnerships and ensure architectural alignment with Ford’s future roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience in automotive or equivalent.
• Understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle architecture and system interfaces.
• Strategic thinker with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape and support strategic technical partnership opportunities.
• Scout and evaluate partnerships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and technology providers.
• Assess partners' technical fit and architectural compatibility with Ford's E/E architecture.
• Serve as Electrical Architecture POV owner in partnership discussions.
• Support discussions with the Ford NA Product Alliances team and input into key technical papers.
• Provide technical insight into vehicle electrical architectures, system integration and future roadmap alignment.
