Ford Australia is seeking a Partnerships Supervisor - Electrical Architecture to shape strategic technical partnerships and represent Ford's E/E architecture in cross-functional discussions with Program Teams, Product Development, and Technology Strategy. The role is based in Australia and collaborates across regional and North American time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Masters degree in Strategy or Entrepreneurship is advantageous.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience within automotive or equivalent.
• Understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle architecture, distributed features, and system interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and support strategic technical partnership opportunities.
• Scout and evaluate potential partnerships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology providers.
• Assess prospective partners’ technical fit and architectural compatibility with Ford’s electrical architecture capabilities and long-term strategic vision.
• Serve as the Electrical Architecture point of view owner in partnership discussions.
• Support ongoing partnership discussions with inputs into key technical papers with the North America team.
• Provide technical insight into vehicle electrical architectures, system integration, and future roadmap alignment.
