Job summary

SRA Solutions in Sydney seeks an Electrical Applications Engineer to join our growing team at Chipping Norton. You will provide expert technical and application support to internal and external stakeholders, prepare drawings and reports, and assist with field support and training.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, CAD experience, and proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork. AFP/DCAC clearance or ability to obtain is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical and application support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparation of drawings, schematics and reports for customers as required.
• Provide product application support to Marketing, Sales, and Project Management teams and customers.
• Troubleshoot product and application issues, delivering timely and effective solutions.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
• Assist with technical presentations, customer meetings, and field support activities as required.
