Casual supervisor roles paying $51.38 to $53.58 per hour (incl. 25% casual loading)

Help deliver the 2026 Victorian State Election

The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) is actively recruiting a range of paid supervisor-level election roles across the Leongatha region.

These roles are critical to the successful delivery of the 2026 Victorian State Election and offer the opportunity to lead teams, coordinate election activities, and contribute to an important democratic event.

About the roles

We are currently recruiting for a range of essential supervisor-level election positions across the region. Depending on the role that best matches your skills, experience and availability, you may be:

• leading and supporting election staff
• coordinating election activities and projects
• monitoring work and maintaining quality standards
• resolving issues and responding to operational challenges

Some roles involve several weeks of work before or after election day, while others focus on key election delivery periods.

About you

You do not need previous election experience. We will train you in election processes and systems.

• Depending on the role, you may; supervise staff, coordinate activities across multiple locations, use specialist election systems, travel between work sites or undertake work requiring sustained concentration and attention to detail.
