Job summary

Good Shepherd Lutheran College in Palmerston, Darwin, NT, seeks an experienced ELC Team Leader to guide the Early Learning Centre, mentor educators and deliver high-quality programs that support children's learning and wellbeing.

You will ensure compliance with NQF/NQS and EYLF, collaborate with the ELC Director, and foster a culture of excellence, professional growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with relevant certifications.
• Leadership experience within an ELC or long day care setting.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF and NQS; commitment to outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the ELC team.
• Support delivery of high-quality learning programs and services.
• Ensure compliance with NQF and NQS and Child Safety requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and professional team culture.
