Job summary

National Disability Insurance Agency, Integrity Transformation and Technology Services (ITTS) Group, is seeking an EL1 Test Lead (Labour Hire) to lead testing across ITTS branches for the NDIS program. The role collaborates with the Test Manager to ensure test strategy and standards are applied and oversees UAT coordination.

The ideal candidate will manage test delivery, report on results, and drive defect management with both vendors and internal teams to achieve delivery within scope,

Qualifications

• EL1 level experience is required as noted in the guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure that across projects the delivery remain within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets as defined with project teams.
• Test SME with an in depth understanding of Test tools
• Analyse and report on test activities and results, and escalating issues and risks to project management.
• Develop test plans, test cases and supporting test data and/or requirements, under own direction from the specifications.
• Contribute to team improvement initiatives and projects, including team tools, process changes, and test automation.
• Identify, manage and document defects, programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
• Accurately record time and effort for test case.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
• Manage Defect Triages and meetings.
• Coordinate with business teams and supports them during UAT.

The National Disability Insurance Agency, Integrity Transformation and Technology Services (ITTS) Group is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

We are seeking a passionate experienced EL1 Test Lead (Labour Hire) to join the Scheme CRM Platforms Branch. The EL1 Test Lead (Labour Hire) will lead and conduct testing activities across ITTS Group branches. Working closely with the Test Manager to ensure test strategy and standards are in place.

Key duties and responsibilities
