Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking an experienced business analyst in Australia to drive high-impact initiatives. You will facilitate workshops, translate business needs, and manage multiple stakeholders across government-facing projects.

Strong communication with technical SMEs and adeptness in both agile and waterfall delivery are essential. The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, experience with AWS and Azure cloud services, and excellent interpersonal and writing skills to keep

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a business analysis role with workshop facilitation and delivering high-value initiatives.
• Ability to communicate with technical SMEs to define needs and constraints.
• Proven multi-stakeholder management and relationship building.
• At least 2 years delivering services on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Government or servicing Government agencies.
• Flexibility to work in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Job description

• 1. Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years, working in a similar role performing business analysis activities including workshop facilitation, supporting the successful delivery of high-impact and high-value initiatives that lead to meaningful change.
• 2. Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with technical SME's to define and obtain an understanding of business needs, technical constraints, and technical concepts and present them in simple terms.
• 3. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing multiple business stakeholders, and establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• 4. Proven experience, of at least 2 years, in a role relating to cloud platforms (preferably Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure) including delivery of new services.
• 5. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise and keep stakeholders informed and engaged, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, cultivating productive working relationships across multiple projects and business areas.

• 1. Experience working in Government or providing services to Government agency
• 2. Demonstrated experience and flexibility to adapt to agile and waterfall processes to deliver projects.
