Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking an experienced EL1 Senior Salesforce Support Engineer in Sydney, NSW. Australian citizens residing in Australia only respond and must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1.

You will leverage 5+ years in Salesforce, work with OmniStudio and Experience Cloud, and perform debugging and minor enhancements with Apex. Strong knowledge of version control, metadata deployments, and certifications (ADM201/ADM211, Platform App Builder) is required; Platform Developer I or

Qualifications

• 5+ years within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries and OmniStudio.
• Hands-on Apex/OOPs for debugging and minor enhancements.
• Experience with version control and metadata deployments.
• Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201/ADM211 and Platform App Builder.
• Experience providing technical support for Experience Cloud.
• Platform Developer I or Vlocity certification is a plus.
• Comfortable with accessible design and development.

Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond.Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1.

1. At least 5 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.

2. Experience/Exposure with Salesforce Industries including OmniStudio.

3. Exposure to OOPs and Apex (Triggers, Controller, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements.

4. Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments.

5. Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder.

1. Demonstrable experience providing technical support for Experience Cloud.

3. Platform Developer 1 Certification or Vlocity Certification will be a standout.

4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
