You will collaborate with key business stakeholders and the local full‑stack team to enhance and support NDIA project delivery, while actively managing stakeholder relationships and leading project teams in an agile framework.

Qualifications

• Designing, building, deploying, and supporting the Agency's systems, applications, and integrations.
• Prioritise and manage the work queue to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Ensuring that all solutions adhere to integration best practices and NDIA architectural principles and are well documented.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Playing a key leadership role in project teams, utilising an agile development framework.
• Engaging with stakeholders to define project requirements, set priorities, and deliver results.
• Actively participate in code reviews to ensure coding quality and standards are maintained.
