About you:

In addition to the technical capabilities outlined in the position description, the ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience managing platform compute and hosting services, providing authoritative advice, building productive stakeholder relationships, promoting sound governance and operational practices, and leading the development of technical teams. They will also:

  • be a collaborative and visible leader who can set priorities, coordinate competing workloads and support staff to deliver high-quality outcomes

  • exercise sound judgement and provide clear, evidence-based advice on technology risks, lifecycle issues and investment priorities
  • build productive relationships across multidisciplinary teams and work constructively with vendors and delivery partners
  • promote accountability, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • balance immediate operational demands with longer-term platform sustainability and strategic objectives
  • demonstrate a strong commitment to secure, reliable and well‑governed technology services

Together, these capabilities support the delivery of secure, reliable and sustainable platform services that meet the operational needs of the Tribunal.
