Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited seeks an experienced Facilities, EHS & Infrastructure Manager to lead across facilities, EHS, security and infrastructure. You will guide a growing technology site while managing the 24,000 sq ft expansion, governance and safety compliance, and major programs that shape our future operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, drive continuous improvement, and build capability while balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a multi-site

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities, maintenance, EHS or infrastructure teams.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering or similar complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management, maintenance planning and contractor oversight.
• Experience developing or improving Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes.
• Experience leading facility expansion projects and site moves or major initiatives.
• Senior leadership in Environmental, Health & Safety activities and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for facilities, EHS, security and infrastructure activities.
• Oversee maintenance planning, asset management and contractor oversight.
• Lead the expansion of facilities and major infrastructure projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across sites.
• Develop governance, processes and operating models for new facilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure safe, secure and compliant operations.
