Job summary

Caterpillar's Melbourne Distribution Centre in Tullamarine, Victoria, seeks a motivated Environment, Health & Safety Intern to gain hands-on experience in workplace safety, compliance, risk management and project coordination within a global organisation.

You will assist with safety project coordination, policy development, inspections, data analysis and reporting, collaborating with stakeholders across functions to contribute to a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety principles and compliance requirements.
• Ability to assist with safety policy and documentation development.
• Experience or interest in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills for project coordination.
• Effective communication across teams.
• Initiative and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail in record keeping and reporting.
