Caterpillar is offering an Environment, Health & Safety Intern role at our Melbourne Distribution Centre. The position provides practical experience in workplace safety, compliance, risk management and project coordination within a global organisation.

You will assist with safety project coordination, policy development, inspections, risk assessments, training administration and data reporting, while collaborating with stakeholders to foster a strong safety culture across functions.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety principles, risk assessment and compliance requirements.
• Ability to assist with the development, review and maintenance of safety policies, procedures, and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Safety project coordination and supporting policy and procedure development.
• Conduct workplace inspections and assist with risk assessments.
• Support training administration, data analysis and reporting.
• Track compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
