Job summary

Intura is seeking experienced EEHA Construction Electricians for an immediate start on a large-scale energy project in the Surat Basin, Queensland. The role includes hazardous area electrical installations, cable tray work, cable pulling, glanding and terminations on major gas infrastructure.

Camp accommodation is provided with a 2 weeks on/1 week off roster and a 3‑month project horizon. Excellent earning potential with a $63/hr base rate plus penalties, bus transport, PPE supplied and a $600

Qualifications

• Current Queensland Electrical Licence required.
• Cert IV EEHA within last 3 years.
• White Card required.
• LVR/CPR current.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Construction experience required.
• Hazardous Area installation experience preferred.
• ISI certification (or oil & gas exposure) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involved in construction of major gas infrastructure.
• Complete hazardous area electrical installations including cable tray installation.
• Perform cable pulling, glanding and terminations.
• Carry out general construction electrical works and greenfield installation work.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-managed site with strong earning potential, camp accommodation and a balanced 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

• General construction electrical works
• Greenfield installation work

Essential Requirements

• Current Queensland Electrical Licence
• Cert IV EEHA (within 3 years)
• White Card
• Current LVR / CPR
• Current Driver's Licence
• Previous construction experience
• Hazardous Area installation experience
• ISI certification (or relevant oil & gas exposure)
