Job summary

Bright Steps Academy is opening a brand-new Clifton Hill childcare centre in VIC and seeks Diploma or Certificate III Educators to join the team from day one. You will help create inspiring learning environments, support child development, and collaborate with a dedicated staff to deliver high-quality care.

You will work in a full-time, permanent role, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Enthusiasm, warmth, and a professional, team-focused approach.
